Old-Fashioned Wreath Making

NEW Lottery-based registration to ensure fairness and equal opportunity. Extra-long registration window to sign up in person, online, or by phone, starting Saturday, November 1 to November 8. 

There will be a lottery list for each day, Saturday, November 29 or Monday, December 1. Participants will be randomly selected and assigned a session time. 

All others will be placed on a waitlist. Winners will be contacted by phone and email on Wednesday, November 12
